These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Mpulse Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand name NextWave Web Studio. By engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
NextWave Web Studio is a brand operated by Mpulse Marketing LLC. All services, contracts, payments, and legal obligations are between you and Mpulse Marketing LLC.
Mpulse Marketing LLC provides done-for-you website design, development, logo design, branding, ecommerce setup, copywriting, and social media setup services under the NextWave Web Studio brand. The scope of each project is defined at the time of engagement based on the selected service package.
All services require payment confirmation before work begins. Prices are published on our pricing page and are fixed unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are one-time fees unless otherwise stated.
Each service package includes a defined scope of work. Work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. We will notify you and obtain your agreement before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information via the intake form, including your business details, branding materials, and any content you wish to include. Delays caused by incomplete submissions may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment and project delivery, you own all deliverables outright. Mpulse Marketing LLC retains the right to display your completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Each project includes one round of revisions after initial delivery. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, contact our team at support@nextwavewebstudio.io before final file delivery and we will work to make it right. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Mpulse Marketing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mpulse Marketing LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal process.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
