If you cancel your project before any design or development work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid. Please notify us in writing at support@nextwavewebstudio.io.
Once design or development work has started, we are unable to offer a full refund. If you wish to cancel, we will discuss a partial refund based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. We handle all cases individually and fairly.
Once a completed website or deliverable has been presented for your review, refunds are generally not available. We include a revision round specifically to ensure your satisfaction before final delivery — please use it.
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to use your included revision round. We are committed to working with you to deliver a result you are proud of. Most concerns are resolved at this stage.
