Our team reviews your intake form in full. We look at your business, your goals, and any materials you've shared. If we need anything else before starting, we'll reach out via email. Once we have everything, we confirm your project timeline and get to work.

We Design and Build Your Website

This is where the real work happens — and you don't have to do anything. We handle the full design, page layout, copy structure, mobile optimization, SEO setup, and form integration. We build your site from scratch based on your intake details and brand direction.

Review and launch

You Approve and Launch

Once complete, we send you a preview link. You review the site, request any final tweaks, and approve it. We deliver your final files and you go live. Your website is now working for your business around the clock.

For more complex projects, we'll offer a quick 15-minute Zoom call to make sure we're fully aligned before we dive in.

Progress Update

You won't go silent for two weeks wondering if anything is happening. Around the halfway mark we send a brief update — where we're at, what's coming next, and a heads-up on when to expect your preview. Nothing needed from you, just keeping you in the loop.

Site Walkthrough on Zoom

When your site is built, we don't just drop a link in your inbox and disappear. We send you a preview link and invite you to a 20–25 minute Zoom call where we walk through every page together, explain our design decisions, and collect your feedback in real time. This single call eliminates back-and-forth and gets you to approval faster.

Can't do Zoom?

After Revisions

Final Approval & Delivery

Once revisions are complete, we send you the updated version and ask for your written approval. When you give the green light, your final files are delivered within 24 hours — everything you own, transferred to you outright. No lock-in, no ongoing fees from us.

Post-Launch Check-In

We don't disappear after delivery. At 7 days we check in to make sure everything is running smoothly. At 14 days, we follow up to see how your site is performing and whether there's anything else we can help with. Our relationship doesn't end at delivery.
